We provide tools for searching, filtering, and receiving alerts for vehicle listings. LotScout does not sell vehicles and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use LotScout to scrape, collect, or harvest data through automated means, to interfere with or disrupt the service, or to use the service for any unlawful purpose. Our data is provided for personal and business use within reasonable limits.
5. Data Accuracy
Listing data is aggregated from third-party sources and may not always be accurate, complete, or current. LotScout makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of listing information. Always verify details directly with sellers before making purchasing decisions.
6. Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Free trial periods do not require a credit card and automatically expire without charge.
7. Limitation of Liability
LotScout is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LotScout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of LotScout after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
